NEXT-LEVEL Self-esteem!

Now that you’re aware of some of the negative beliefs you have, and how you came up with them, we’ll talk about and workshop how to really challenge them, seeing their untruth! You’ll be able to stop believing all those thoughts that leave you feeling sad, depressed, anxious and upset – the painful BELIEFS that seek pain RELIEF!

 

NEXT-LEVEL SAILING

It’s also A MUST if you consider renting or even buying your own boat or just want to learn more and do some solo-sailing! You’ll learn how to navigate the lake when we’re not there to guide you. Understand the wind and weather, and practice more advanced sailing, so you can safely sail on your own, with or without us!

ABLE to Sail uses that pesky “no-wind” time to TEACH self-esteem. we TEACH IT, empowering our youth by using the metaphors of sailing to change the negative mental chatter that causes depression, anxiety, excessive ‘screen-time,’ and ultimately leads teens to participate in high-risk behaviors like Drugs, Alcohol, Self-Harm. Isolationism, and Suicidal Ideations.

Based on surveys, our youth report a 246% increase in pride, self-esteem, and belief in their place in the world – EVEN HIGHER with LGBTQIA YOUTH!
